The Video Game Worlds pack

The franchises even non-gamers can name — Mario, Zelda, Pokemon, Tetris. An Imposter+ pack. "Arcade Classics" and "Creature Collectors" are worlds apart, so the impostor is genuinely guessing.

Giving clues for this pack

If you're on the crew

Name a character, an item or a core mechanic. "Plumber", "mushroom", "princess" all point at Mario. "Video game" is true of the entire pack.

If you're the impostor

"Levels", "controller", "you beat the boss" are safe. Work out whether the crew is describing a platformer, a puzzle or a shooter, then match the era and the vibe.

“console”

The tell: "Console" is where you'd play it, not what it is. The crew were describing a yellow circle eating dots in a maze; the impostor named the machine.
